5 Habits that are Aging You

We all have bad habits.  Some people bite their nails, others procrastinate (I confess I’m writing this 2 hrs before it’s due).  Some habits while not necessarily considered “bad” are aging us fast than we may like.  Like not getting enough sleep.  Ever hear the term “beauty sleep?”  Google defines it as “sleep considered to be sufficient to keep one looking young and beautiful.”  Turns out it’s not just lip service.  In a blog post on venustreatments.com the author states:

“There’s much credit owed to the famous term “beauty sleep”. Lack of it not only makes you look tired, but causes the release of cortisol hormone in the body. This triggers an inflammatory process causing a breakdown of our much wanted collagen, and thus, wrinkling.”
